Just a heads up, spawning Dogmeat like this might glitch things out a bit. From my experience, it's better to find him the old-fashioned way near the Red Rocket truck stop. Adds to the adventure, ya know?
To summon Dogmeat or bring him to your location in Fallout 4, you gotta use the console command. Press the tilde key (~) to open the console, then type 'player.placeatme 0001d162' and hit enter. Just make sure you don't spawn too many Dogmeats or you'll have a pack instead of a pet!
