Nah, not like you'd expect. It's more like half on disc and half you gotta download. You get the base game on a disc and a paper slip with a code for all the DLCs. So make sure your internet's ready to roll.
Totally misleading to say it's all on disk. You'll need to download the DLCs with a code. Not cool if you're expecting a 100% disc-based experience.
