Nope, Fallout 4 Horizon is a comprehensive mod designed for the PC version of Fallout 4. It overhauls the game's systems to provide a more challenging and immersive experience. Unfortunately, due to its complexity and the extensive changes it makes to the game, Horizon isn't available on Xbox or any console. Mods on consoles have restrictions that don't align with the breadth of changes Horizon introduces.

Actually, Horizon is PC-only. Mods like Horizon are too complex for Xbox's modding limits.
