Absolutely, you should give the serum. It's a crucial part of one of the game's compelling story arcs. By giving the serum, not only do you get to see the effects it has on a certain character, but it also influences your relationship with that faction. Fallout 4's beauty lies in making choices that affect the world around you, and this is one of those moments. Plus, it's just cool to see how it plays out!

Nah, keep it. Fallout 4 is all about hoarding everything you can, including rare items. Who knows when you'll need that serum for something else? Besides, it's the wasteland. Every man for himself, right?

Gave it once, and the reactions were priceless. You should totally do it, if not for the quest, just for the satisfaction of seeing what happens. It really shows how your actions have weight in the world of Fallout 4.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
