Action points in Fallout 4 are basically your stamina for combat moves, especially in V.A.T.S (Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System). When you're in combat, these points are used up by running, sprinting, or performing V.A.T.S. attacks. Think of it as your energy bar for doing cool moves and dodging bullets.

Just to keep it short, action points (AP) in Fallout 4 are what let you run, sprint, and use V.A.T.S. in combat. No AP, no sprint, or slo-mo bad guy sniping!

AP or action points are your best friend in a tight spot. They let you slow down time in V.A.T.S. and line up those perfect headshots. I remember this one time, I was surrounded by super mutants and my AP let me get out alive by targeting their heads one by one. Trust me, managing your AP wisely can be a game changer.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
