Honestly, I just collect them because they look awesome. The glow is simply too cool, and it’s a neat collectible in the game. Sure, the health and AP boosts are great, but have you seen them in a display case? Spectacular!

If you wanna feel like a superhuman (temporarily) and don't mind a little extra glow, Nuka-Cola Quantum is your best bet. Also, collecting them is a fun side quest all on its own.
