Railroad, hands down. Who doesn't want to be a part of an underground movement fighting for synth rights? Plus, their quests have some of the best sneaking and hacking in the game. Stealth lovers, this is your call.
Minutemen. Why? Because you basically become the post-apocalyptic mayor of your very own town (or towns, if you're ambitious). Plus, who can say no to artillery support?
