Gotta say, going with the Institute lets you play god in a way the other factions just don't offer. Plus, their tech is top-notch. If you like the sound of influencing the Commonwealth with cutting-edge science and don't mind making a few morally grey decisions, the Institute is the way to go. Just my two cents.
