The Freedom Trail in Fallout 4 is not your average walk in the park, that's for sure. It's actually a quest called 'Road to Freedom' where you have to follow a red brick path through Boston to reach the Railroad, a secretive group that helps synths (synthetic humans) escape the Institute. Along the way, you solve riddles and fight off some pretty gnarly creatures. It鈥檚 like a historical tour with a side of apocalyptic excitement.

The Freedom Trail? Oh, it鈥檚 just a fancy name for a quest that has you chasing red bricks across Boston. Think of it as Fallout 4鈥檚 version of a treasure hunt, except the treasure is a clandestine group fighting for synth rights.
