Where Can I Find a Doctor in Fallout 4?
Doctors in Fallout 4 can mostly be found in larger settlements or towns. A sure bet is Diamond City, where you'll find Doc Crocker and Doctor Sun who can patch you up and sell medical supplies. There's also a doctor in Goodneighbor, and Covenant if you've discovered that location. Vault 81 is another place where you'll find a doctor once you gain access. Lastly, don't forget about your own settlements! With the right perks, you can create medical stations and assign settlers to them, effectively making your own doctors.

Just head to Diamond City. Doctor Sun is your go-to for getting fixed up. Easy to find and he's got what you need.
