Oil's like gold in the wasteland, buddy. You gotta keep an eye out for items like Flip Lighters, Oil Cans, and Mr. Handy Fuel. Locations? Hit up Red Rocket Gas Stations or scrapyards. Don't forget, you can also craft it at a Chemistry Station using Bone, Acid, and Steel. Happy scavenging!

Loot everything. Seriously, just grab those lighters, cans, and anything that looks like it might have oil. Then, break it down at a workbench. It's not like you were going to use that junk for anything else, were you?
