Short and sweet: Beantown Brewery's just west of Diamond City. Can't miss it unless you're too busy dodging Deathclaws.
No need to get lost in the Commonwealth; Beantown Brewery is located west of Diamond City, right along the Charles River. It's an old Pre-War brewing factory now turned raider hangout, so gear up before you venture. Found it on my first playthrough and it became my quick stop for supplies (and trouble).
