Croup Manor is a bit of a fixer-upper located on the southeastern coast of the map, just a hop, skip, and a jump northeast of Nahant Chapel. If you're brave enough to face the ghouls that have taken up residence, it's got some prime oceanfront property vibes.

Actually, I kinda like the vibes at Croup Manor. Perfect for a post-apocalyptic beach party, just east of Nahant Chapel.
