lol, just look up. Seriously, Father's on the top floor. Took me forever to find cause I kept getting distracted by all the shiny tech.

Father, aka your long-lost son, is actually on the top floor of the Institute's main building. Once you get access to the Institute, just head up all the way and you'll find him in his quarters. It's quite the emotional rollercoaster, so brace yourself!
