It's northeast of Diamond City, if you follow the main road going north, you'll eventually bump into it. Look out for a giant Mr. Handy on the sign, it's hard to miss!

General Atomics Galleria is directly north of the Starlight Drive In. Just head straight up from there and you can't miss it. The place is pretty unique with its own set of automatons running the show.
I stumbled upon General Atomics Galleria completely by accident while running from a pack of feral ghouls. It's north of Starlight Drive In, not too far. The robots there are hilariously serious about their jobs.
Just use your map, duh! It's marked once you get close enough.
