Honestly, finding Gunners Plaza is more about the journey than the destination. Wander south and eventually, you'll stumble into a war zone. That's when you know you've arrived. Just try not to get shot.

Gunners Plaza, the HQ of those tough-as-nails Gunners, is smack in the southern part of the Commonwealth. Look for a big, imposing building with a broadcast dish on top - that's your landmark. Good luck, you're gonna need it, those Gunners don't mess around!
It's in the south. Just head straight down from Diamond City, keep your eyes peeled for a big old building that looks like it's ready for a fight. That's Gunners Plaza. And yeah, bring lots of ammo.
