Kellogg's HQ, you mean the cereal? Kidding! It's not a breakfast spot, but you'll find this tough cookie in Fort Hagen. It's in the western part of the map. Once you're there, gear up for a bit of a scuffle because it's not exactly welcoming with open arms.

Fort Hagen is where you wanna go to find Kellogg. Just follow the main questline, and it'll lead you straight to him. And be ready, it's not gonna be a walk in the park. Good luck!
