Where is Piper in Fallout 4?
She's either at Publick Occurrences or tagging along as your companion. If you misplaced her (happens to the best of us), check your settlements too, especially if you've assigned her to one. Sometimes they go back to the last place you sent them. And don't forget to sleep in a bed or wait for a bit; companions can take a sweet time catching up to you.

Found her once at Nick Valentine's detective agency when I least expected it. It seems companions like to roam a bit if you're in the same city.
Piper hangs out at Publick Occurrences in Diamond City. That's her newspaper office/home base. Just waltz into Diamond City, and you can't miss it. It's right after you enter, big sign and all. If she's not there, she might be wandering nearby, probably trying to dig up her next big scoop.
Lost Piper? Just wait. Companions have a knack for popping up right when you're about to give up. Check Publick Occurrences first though!
