Sunshine Tidings co-op is found in the Western part of the Commonwealth, west of Lexington. It's a cool place to set up a settlement. You gotta clear out some ghouls first, but after that, it's all yours!

Honestly, Sunshine Tidings is pretty out of the way. Only go if you're into building settlements or if you're hunting for that magazine. Otherwise, stick to the main quests and bigger locations.
If you're looking for a scenic spot to build a home away from the city's rubble, Sunshine Tidings co-op is your go-to. Found comfortably tucked away to the west of Lexington, it's a slice of almost-peaceful post-apocalyptic life. Watch out for the ghouls, though!
