The caravan you're probably looking for in Fallout 4 can be found wandering between settlements. One of the most notable is Trashcan Carla, who frequently visits Sanctuary Hills. Keep an eye out because these caravans move around, but Sanctuary is a good starting point!

Carla's not the only game in town! Sometimes, you gotta catch Doc Weathers for that sweet, sweet medical supply or Lucas Miller for armor upgrades. They all have their routes, but like peeps have said, Sanctuary Hills is a hot spot for caravan action.
Just wait in Sanctuary. Sooner or later, everyone shows up there. It's like Grand Central for the Wasteland.
Honestly, I just stalk Trashcan Carla for all my needs. Probably not the only caravan out there, but definitely the most memorable one for me!
