Where is the Vault-Tec Rep in Fallout 4?
The Vault-Tec Rep can be found kicking back in Goodneighbor, specifically in the Hotel Rexford. After you've charmed or convinced him that life's got more to offer, he'll mosey on over to Sanctuary Hills if you ask nicely. A smooth talker in pre-war times, still trying to catch a break in the post-apocalyptic world!

Hot take: Just let the Vault-Tec Rep enjoy his retirement in Goodneighbor. Everyone's trying to recruit him, but maybe the guy just wants to chill.
I ran into the Vault-Tec Rep totally by accident in Goodneighbor. Wasn't even looking for him, just exploring and bam, there he was in Hotel Rexford. Convinced him to head over to Sanctuary, and it's nice having a piece of the old world there. Adds charm and some interesting dialogue, for sure.
