Nah, finding the Yangtze is overrated. Just build settlements or chase Deathclaws.
It's basically in the ocean near the ruins of the airport. If you hit the water and start swimming around aimlessly like a lost mirelurk, you'll stumble upon it eventually. Just look out for the periscope poking out of the water, can't miss it!
