Where to Buy Stimpacks in Fallout 4
Stimpacks are like the magical band-aids of the wasteland! You can snag them from a variety of places. First stop, any good ol' vendor that deals in general goods or medical supplies. Diamond City has a couple of spots where you can load up. Don't forget to check the traveling merchants; sometimes they've got what you need. And if you're feeling a bit adventurous, hospitals and medical facilities scattered across the Commonwealth often keep a stash. Just watch out for the ghouls!

Honestly, just craft them. Once you unlock the Chemist perk, you can make your own Stimpacks. Saves caps and gives you a reason to hoard all those Blood Packs.
Don't buy, loot! Almost every enemy drops them and they're all over buildings. Cheaper and more fun.
Buy from vendors or loot them! Diamond City is a Stimpack shopping mall, but don't ignore smaller settlements. Some of them have vendors who sell at better prices. Also, pickpocketing or looting enemies, especially higher-level raiders or Gunners, can sometimes get you Stimpacks. Just saying. ;)
