Glowing fungus in Fallout 4 can be pretty much found in dark, damp places. Think caves, underground stations, and the like. A sure shot location? Head over to the cave beneath the Red Rocket Truck Stop near Sanctuary Hills. You'll find plenty there. Also, keep an eye out while exploring subway stations and other underground areas.
