The Harvester, a legendary ripper, is up for grabs in the Far Harbor DLC. You gotta navigate to the Echo Lake Lumber mill. It's tucked away in a locker on the top floor of the main building. Trust me, finding it feels like winning the lottery because this thing shreds through enemies like paper.
