Terminals in Fallout 4 are literally everywhere, but if you're looking for one to hack into for a quest, you'll often find them in office buildings, military installations, or even in some of the larger settlements. Specific quests will lead you directly to the terminal you need. Keep an eye out for that green screen glow!

Just wander around; you'll trip over a terminal eventually. But for real, major locations and quest-related areas almost always have one.
