The Vault-Tec Rep, ya know, the one from before everything went boom? You can find him chilling in Goodneighbor, specifically in the Hotel Rexford. After the world went to bits, he became a ghoul but still rocks that salesman charm. Just head over to Goodneighbor, and you can't miss the hotel. Chat him up and, bam, you can convince him to join your settlement as a vendor. Pretty neat, huh?
Honestly, finding the Vault-Tec guy isn't that big of a deal. There are way cooler and more useful characters to recruit for your settlements.
Found him by accident wandering around Goodneighbor. Totally forgot he existed till I bumped into him at the Hotel Rexford. It's kinda cool seeing someone from before the war still kicking around. Even convinced him to join my little post-apocalyptic community. 10/10, would recommend the detour.
