Antibiotics? Just trade for them with any vendor that deals in meds. Easier than looting 100 containers only to find Fancy Lads Snack Cakes and a soggy newspaper.
Just craft 'em at a Chemistry Station! Make sure you've got the Chemist perk first though.
Honestly, antibiotics aren't that hard to find. Check every container in medical places, and you'll stockpile them in no time. Personally, I always hit up the Diamond City market first. Vendors there seem to have a good supply on regular basis.
