Ballistic fiber in Fallout 4? You gotta earn it the hard way! Head over to military sites like the National Guard Training Yard or the Fort Hagen Hangar. Check inside military grade duct tape and military ammo bags. They're like the golden tickets of crafting. Also, pro tip: visit vendor Teagan aboard the Prydwen; he sells shipments of ballistic fiber. Happy looting!

Ballistic fiber? Just pay Teagan a visit on the Prydwen and buy it. Who has the time to scavenge?

Honestly, just mod your game and save yourself the headache of hunting for ballistic fiber. It's a game, not a second job.

Good luck hunting for ballistic fiber - it's as rare as a friendly Deathclaw. Seriously though, check out Camp McClintock and the Federal Ration Stockpile. Military ammo bags and duct tapes are what you need. And don't forget to sweet talk Teagan on the Prydwen for those precious shipments.
