You gotta hit up Cricket, the wandering weapons merchant. She's often found hanging around outside Vault 81 or trekking between Bunker Hill and Diamond City. That Spray and Pray she sells? Wicked powerful and spits out explosive bullets. Not cheap, but bang for your buck, literally.
