Why did Fallout 4 Fail?
Actually, Fallout 4 didn't fail. It's kinda the opposite. The game was a major hit, selling millions of copies and winning heaps of awards. The confusion might come from folks comparing it to previous games in the series or not liking certain changes. But sales-wise and popularity-wise, it was a big win for Bethesda.

Fallout 4 didn't fail, period. It brought in a new wave of fans and kept many of the old ones happy. Sure, it changed some things from Fallout 3 and New Vegas, but that's what games do - evolve. It's like saying pizza failed because you tried a new topping and weren't a fan.
idk what universe you're living in but Fallout 4 was awesome. Spent 200+ hours in that game and still didn't see everything. Fail? I think not.
Fallout 4 = epic fail? No way. During release, all my friends were either playing it or talking about playing it. The graphics, the depth of the story, and the freedom to explore a post-apocalyptic world were all top-notch.
