Nope, you can't draft any set in MTG Arena at any given time. The game rotates draft formats, featuring both current sets and occasionally throwing in some older sets for special events. Keep an eye on the game's event schedule to catch the drafts you're interested in!

Actually, it's mostly the latest sets that are up for drafting. MTG Arena doesn't let you draft every single set out there. They do bring back older sets sometimes for events, but it's not a free-for-all.
