Well, technically yes, but it's a bit of a gamble. Buying MTG boosters at wholesale can give you a lower cost per pack, but whether you make money depends on what you pull from those packs. Some cards can be worth a lot, but it's all about luck. Think of it like a treasure hunt, but instead of a map, you’ve got booster packs.

Short answer: No. Long answer: Still no, but with more words. It's really rare to consistently make money this way because the value of cards is so variable. You're better off with a different strategy if you're looking to invest in MTG.

Made some cash doing exactly this! Scored a few high-value cards from a booster box once. But remember, it's not consistent. For every jackpot, there were plenty of duds. It's more about the thrill of the hunt than a reliable income source.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
