Can I take someone to court for fake Magic The Gathering cards?
Absolutely, if someone sold you fake MTG cards, you've got the right to take legal action. It's a matter of fraud, especially if they advertised them as genuine. Small claims court could be your starting point, especially if the value isn't super high. Document everything - conversations, the transaction, and the fake cards themselves!

Yeah, it's possible, but ask yourself if it's worth the hassle. Court fees and the time spent might not be worth it unless the cards were super expensive. Maybe try resolving it with the seller first?
Def not worth it. Just take the L and be more careful next time. It's a tough lesson, but court's gonna cost you more in time and stress.
