Can Proliferate Give Life in MTG?
Nope, proliferate in MTG doesn't give life. It's a neat mechanic that lets you add more of something that's already there, like counters. So if you've got a creature with +1/+1 counters or you're loaded with poison counters (yikes!), proliferate adds one more of those. But it won't boost your life total, sorry!

Short answer: no. Proliferate adds counters, not life points. So, if you want more life, you'll need to look elsewhere.
Imagine having a pizza and using proliferate to add more toppings. Sounds cool, right? But if you want another type of dish altogether, like a burger (aka life points in this metaphor), proliferate can't help. It only works on what's already there.
