Absolutely, Time Stop can be countered like any other spell in MTG! Just throw in a good ol' 'Counterspell' or any other card that says it can counter a spell. The beauty of Magic The Gathering is that there's almost always a counter for everything! Obviously, you gotta have the counter spell ready and the mana to cast it. So, keep that mana untapped and watch your opponent's face drop when you cancel their game-ending move.

Short answer: Yes, it can. Time Stop is powerful but not unstoppable.

Yup, Time Stop isn't immune to counters. I once had my Time Stop countered in a critical game moment. It was a harsh lesson in MTG: always expect the unexpected and plan your plays carefully!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
