Nope, tokens can't be put into your library in MTG. Tokens aren't considered cards and they only exist on the battlefield. Once they leave the battlefield, they poof into nonexistence. So you can't shuffle them into your library because they literally vanish the moment they're not on the battlefield!

Short answer: No. Tokens vanish once they leave the battlefield. They can't be shuffled into your library or exist anywhere other than the battlefield.

Absolutely not. Tokens are ephemeral by nature in MTG. Once they're off the battlefield, they cease to exist, making the idea of them being in a library a non-starter.
