Short answer: Yes, you can bounce indestructible creatures. Indestructibility prevents destruction, not being returned to the hand or deck.

Absolutely! Being indestructible in Magic The Gathering means a card can't be destroyed by damage or effects that say 'destroy'. However, bouncing refers to returning a card back to the hand or library, which gets around indestructibility. So, if you're facing down an indestructible threat, just pull out your bounce spells and send that card packing back to the hand!

Indestructible doesn't mean untouchable. Bouncing an indestructible creature back to someone's hand is a clean and efficient way to deal with it. I've used this strategy plenty of times in games to great effect. It's especially satisfying when your opponent thinks their creature is invincible.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
