Nope, MTG Arena doesn't let you disenchant cards like some other digital card games. Instead, you use wildcards to craft the cards you need. Keep those duplicates, as they contribute towards opening the Vault for extra goodies!

Short answer: no. You can't disenchant cards in MTG Arena, but duplicates ain't useless. They help fill up your Vault progress for rewards.
