Can you equip during combat in MTG?

Absolutely, you can equip during the combat phase in MTG, but with a twist. You can only do it either during the declare attackers step before attackers are declared, or during the declare blockers step before blockers are declared, and not in the middle of combat damage. Timing is key, so make sure you equip at the right moment to catch your opponent off-guard!
