Oh absolutely! You can have as many emblems as you can get your hands on (or earn) in a game. Emblems aren't cards, so they don't go to the graveyard and can't be destroyed or removed by conventional means. If you're strategic (or lucky) enough to get multiple planeswalkers to use their ultimate abilities, your battlefield can turn into a minefield of emblems!

Yep, you can totally hoard emblems like a dragon hoards treasure. There's no limit. Stack 'em up!
Nope, there's no cap. But good luck getting multiple, it's not as easy as it sounds.
