Unfortunately, no. MTG Arena and the physical card game operate separately. Would be cool though!

Nope, you can't scan your physical Magic The Gathering cards directly into MTG Arena. The game doesn't support that feature. You build your digital deck in Arena by opening digital packs or crafting cards using Wildcards.
