Actually, unequipping isn't a thing. You can't just remove an equipment from a creature without moving it to another creature or if a card specifically says so. It's all about the strategy!

Yep, you can unequip a creature in Magic The Gathering, but not by just deciding to do so mid-game for no reason. You can only unequip by moving the equipment to another creature or if something in the game makes you do it, like a card effect. Remember, equipping is like giving your creature some fancy gear, but you can't just take it back because you feel like it; there's gotta be a reason or a mechanism in the game that allows it.

Short ans: No, you can't just unequip for funsies. Gotta play by the rules and use another card's ability or swap it to a diff creature.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
