Nope. Stick to the official lands for tournaments. Custom lands are cool for casual games, but don't bring them to a competitive table unless you want to get a raised eyebrow from the judge. Judges and opponents need to easily recognize all cards, including lands, to ensure fair play.

Absolutely, you can use custom lands in casual MTG play among friends or at home. Most players love seeing creative lands on the battlefield. However, keep in mind for official tournaments or events, it's essential to check with the event's rules or ask the judge. Custom lands must be easily recognizable and not alter the card's original function or mislead the opponent.

Custom lands are a yes in casual games! I've used them in many kitchen table matches, and they add a unique flair to the game. Just make sure your playgroup is cool with it. In my experience, most MTG players appreciate the art and effort that goes into custom lands.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
