Do battles have counters in MTG?
Nope. Battles themselves don’t get counters. Creatures, spells, and other objects on the battlefield can have counters placed on them, but the concept of a battle having counters doesn't really apply. It's more about what's happening during the battle – that's where counters come into play.

Absolutely, in Magic The Gathering (MTG), counters are a huge part of the strategy. They can represent a variety of things, from adding extra strength to your creatures (like +1/+1 counters) to negating the effects of spells with spell counters. There’s a counter for almost every situation, ensuring the game stays dynamic and strategic.
Counters in MTG? Oh yeah, they’re everywhere. Think of them like your strategic toolkit. You’ve got creature counters, poison counters, and my personal favorite, loyalty counters for your planeswalkers. Each counter type has a role to play in victory or defeat!
I've been playing MTG for years, and let me tell you, counters make the game. They're like the secret sauce that can turn the tide of a game. Whether it's buffing up your creatures or stopping your opponent's spells dead, mastering counters is key.
