Short answer: Yes, they do. Until your opponent zaps them with a removal spell or an effect that says bye-bye to enchantments, they're sticking around.

Yep, enchantments stay on the battlefield in MTG until something removes them. This could be an effect from another card that specifically says to 'destroy' or 'remove' an enchantment or if something happens that wipes out all cards of a certain type from the field. So, unless your opponent plays a card that can get rid of your enchantments, they'll hang around causing mischief!

Definitely they stay put. I've lost count of how many times an enchantment I couldn't get rid of cost me the game. They only leave if a card effect directly targets them or a board wipe happens. So, yes, lay down those enchantments and watch your opponents squirm!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
