Does Flash give Haste in MTG?
No, Flash and Haste are different mechanics. Flash allows you to play the card any time you could play an instant, but it doesn't allow the creature to ignore summoning sickness. If you want your creature to attack the same turn it comes out, it needs Haste.

Laughably no. Flash lets you surprise your opponent by bringing a creature into play at unexpected times, but it doesn't let it zippity-zap into action immediately. Haste is what you want for that instant gratification.
Nope, Flash doesn't give haste in MTG. Flash lets you play a creature card anytime you could cast an instant, but that creature won't be able to attack unless it has haste or it's been under your control since your last turn.
