Nah, populate doesn't just throw a party for all tokens. It's picky and just duplicates one of your token creatures. You get to choose which token creature gets a clone, but it's only ever one at a time, no matter how many you've got hanging out on your battlefield.

Actually, populate is more limited than you might think. It only targets a single token you control and copies it. So, no, it doesn't affect all tokens.

Populate doesn't affect all tokens, just duplicates one of your choice. But if you play your cards right (pun intended), that one extra token can be a game-changer!
