I found some at my Publix once! It was like finding treasure in a cereal box. So, it's possible, but definitely not a reliable source for your Magic The Gathering fix.
Actually, most don't. MTG cards are more of a specialty item, so you're better off checking a local game store or online. Publix is great for groceries, not so much for niche hobbies.
