Yes, ward abilities definitely stack in MTG. If you've got multiple cards with ward on the battlefield, each one's ward ability will require its own separate payment if an opponent targets your creature with a spell or ability. So if you're up against a creature with two different ward abilities, your opponent needs to pay both costs. It's a great way to protect your valuable creatures!

Short answer: Yep, they stack. Stack 'em high and watch your opponents cry!

Honestly, stacking ward sounds cool and all, but I've played games where I thought I was all clever with my ward stacks, and then someone just wipes the board with a non-targeted spell. Just saying, don't put all your eggs in one basket; MTG is full of surprises.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
